It depends on your location. Orders processed in the UK will take 2-8 business days to arrive. International supply partner deliveries can take anywhere from 7-17 days. Worldwide delivery takes 10-30 working days.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from after receiving your item to request a return. To return an item to us, follow the directions listed on the return exchange form included with your order.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging where possible. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we don't offer a free return service, you have to purchase a return label yourself with a courier of your own choice.

Please Note: Returns are accepted for misprinted, damaged, or defective items only and not for any dissatisfaction with the size, colour, material, etc. that we have tried to accurately represent in the listing. Nor will we return an item for buyer’s remorse.

How to Choose the Right T-Shirt Size, and What to Expect When You Order from KYBOR.

We use all major couriers and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. You’ll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey. Please allow three business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.

Your chosen design is then produced by a trusted specialist, printed to a high standard, and shipped directly to you. This way, each item is made responsibly, without waste, and arrives with the quality and attention it deserves.

Finding the Right Fit

One of the most common questions when buying clothing online is: “How can I be sure it will fit?”

Here’s a simple, accurate way to check your size before ordering:

1. Take a T-shirt you already own that fits you perfectly.
2. Lay it flat and measure across the front of the chest, from armpit to armpit.
3. Double that number and compare it (in inches) with the chart below.

Chest Sizes (inches)

Small: 34–36"

Medium: 38–40"

Large: 42–44"

Extra Large: 46–48"

As a reference, a Medium measures about 19.05 inches across the chest, Large measures about 22.05 inches across the chest, and an Extra Large about 23.23 inches.

This small step makes all the difference, ensuring your T-shirt feels as good as it looks.
